Question: Do I have to arrive on a Saturday changeover day?
Answer: During the peak period, July-September inclusive, we have to stick to the set changeover days, for practicality. Between 1st October until 30th June you can arrive and depart on any day of the week - stay for as little as three days, or even eight days or more.

Question: What payment is required with the booking?
Answer: If booking is over 12 week before the start of your holiday then a 20% deposit of the total amount (including all deposits) is required, and the balance payable by the 12 week date (you can pay the balance in installments, by the due date): if within that period then the whole amount is due.

Question: How do I make payment, which cards do you accept, & do you charge a fee for credit card use?
Answer: Credit or Debit card details are required on the booking form to secure the booking. If you wish to pay by cheque or bank transfer then we would need a nominal payment to be paid on the card, whilst we await the receipt of payment. We accept all major Credit or Debit cards, except Amex, and there is no extra charge, although there is a 2% credit card surcharge for commercial business card use.
