4 SIMPLE STEPS

  Use the search box on the left to find an available villa/apartment that matches your requirements.
  A list that matches your request will be shown with the dates available and rental price, with alternatives that may also be suitable. Click on the property for detailed info, virtual tours & internal/external photos.
  Complete our Booking Form and pay the deposit/full amount by supplying your credit card details on our secure server. See Payment

Question: Can you hold the dates for me?
Answer: Afraid not as the system is 'live' and we do not have the facility to temporarily hold dates.

Question: Do I have to arrive on a Saturday changeover day?
Answer:
During the peak period, July-September inclusive, we have to stick to the set changeover days, for practicality. Between 1st October until 30th June you can arrive and depart on any day of the week - stay for as little as three days, or even eight days or more.

Question: What payment is required with the booking?
Answer: If booking is over 12 week before the start of your holiday then a 20% deposit of the total amount (including all deposits) is required, and the balance payable by the 12 week date (you can pay the balance in installments, by the due date): if within that period then the whole amount is due.

Question: How do I make payment, which cards do you accept, & do you charge a fee for credit card use?
Answer:
Credit or Debit card details are required on the booking form to secure the booking. If you wish to pay by cheque or bank transfer then we would need a nominal payment to be paid on the card, whilst we await the receipt of payment. We accept all major Credit or Debit cards, except Amex, and there is no extra charge, although there is a 2% credit card surcharge for commercial business card use.

Question: Once I have completed the booking form, what happens next?
Answer: You will receive an automated email confirming receipt and requesting that you don't arrange flights until your booking has physically been approved and processed: we endeavour to do this as soon as possible. After that you will receive a confirmation email, then after your card is processed, an email with either a confirmation letter stating all the charges attached, or a full confirmation letter, instructions & maps attached.
