I understand things generally have been difficult given the economic situation and general over supply of rental properties in Spain, but you still seem to have pulled in the customers.

This is the first time we have ever rented our villa, and must say so far we are more than impressed by every one of your staff, nothing is too much trouble, from the initial telephone call to the lady in the office in U.K. who handled our queries with such courtesy.
To Rosario (manager in Spain) who immediately answers any questions we might have, the gentleman that came to photograph the villa, to Christine (supervisor), who gave us lots of hints and tips, and last but not least the cleaning ladies, the villa positively sparkled, when we saw it after the first let.

There are many villa letting companies to choose from in the Northern Costa Blanca, but we are glad we chose Villaspain. They are friendly, professional and quick to respond - if you want photos or text changing on your villa details, it is done within a day. Their web site is one of the best I've seen, giving information not just on the villas, but on flights, surrounding areas, fiestas, etc., and with the help of their advertising in many of the villa rental magazines, we have had very good occupancy levels. 1) I have used Villa Spain as letting agent for my property for 2.5 years, during that time I have been pleasantly surprised at the high occupancy levels over that period (this last 9 months with an expected downturn have still maintained satisfactory levels)
2) Generally all operational aspects are handled efficiently by Villa Spain representatives (in UK and in Spain) and as an owner I have been able to stand back and have only minor involvement (arrange type of TV installation, or discuss any change of furnishings).
3) Through the online system it is easy to monitor booking levels, keep up to date with all the costs charged to the overall running and maintenance of the villa and to organise your own use periods.
4) The payments to myself are made regularly without any problems.
5) Overall I have been very happy in my relationship with Villa Spain and all it's personnel whom I have dealt with.

We purchased our Villa in 2003. We first saw the Villa advertised on Villaspain's website, Rosairo was our contact for viewing the Villa and together with Bruce were invaluable in helping us purchase the property. The Vendor was an existing client of Villaspain who recommended the Company and we felt that the continuity of service given by Villaspain would be to our advantage. We have the flexibility of making our own bookings for family and friends and all accounts and payments are easily available on line at any time. Any matters which require dealing with immediately are dealt with in a very professional manner and we are kept in contact at all times while we are in the UK. I have enjoyed excellent rentals resulting in nearly 100% occupancy in 2005 from contract start date in April to end in mid October 2005. The ability to see in real time how well bookings are doing by going to my on-line account is very useful. Excellent return and trouble free rentals with Villaspain.
We would also like to say how delighted we are with the supervision of Cristina Moll (supervisor) who is so efficient, responds to any given situation using her own judgement, however should the need arise she contacts us via e-mail. I think Villaspain is very lucky to have such a great person working on their behalf on site as it were. It is very important to have a reliable agency when we live out of the country and so far away that we cannot simply pay a quick visit over a weekend. Thanks for the continued good work.......

We have been working with Villaspain for two years now and are most impressed with their organisation and services here in the UK and Spain. The marketing is very good with the internet and their website featuring all Villas including a virtual tour is top class, resulting in a very high occupancy between March and into November for 2005 which is quite remarkable with a number of other villa companies struggling. The service from the Spanish end is well organised and the condition of the villa is hardly unchanged from when we started letting with Villa Spain. The administration is very transparent with each owner having a secured link on the website setting out every rental throughout the year and a running total of all costs on the servicing of the property for rentals. Villaspain offers a wonderful service to me. When I visit after the letting period the villa is very clean and is as I had left it. When I am in the UK I have no worries about what is happening in Spain, because if anything goes wrong it is attended to by a very responsible reliable supervisor (Cristina) without my being bothered with it. As a villa owner I consider that I get Villaspain's service absolutely free, and an excellent service it is too.
Should I have been inclined to promote my own villa then by the time one has advertised it over 12 months and risking lower occupancy levels it is simply uneconomical to undertake.
I have enjoyed very high occupancy levels throughout the year (including winter) and a very sound & stable return. . ......
